Date: 2026-02-12 Objective: Verify the status of “Open Loops” from previous audits.

The audit history tells the story of the project’s pivot from “Portfolio Site” (2025) to “Forensic Archive” (2026).

Dec 2025 (The Creative Era): Focused on “Vibe,” “Noise Overlays,” and defining the “Council of Voices” persona. These issues are CLOSED. The aesthetic is stable.
Jan 2026 (The Forensic Era): Focused on Data Integrity, R2 Sovereignty, and “Deep Dive” Congruence.

We successfully closed the “Congruence Gaps” identified in January.

The SEO/ATS fixes proposed in Jan 2026 were NOT APPLIED or were OVERWRITTEN by the hydration engine.

Risk: Robots still see “Placeholder” data for your flagship projects.
Root Cause: The hydrate_content.py script likely overwrites manual frontmatter changes if they aren’t backed by the Source of Truth (CSV/JSON).

Action Item: The “Machine Readability” metadata must be injected via the Hydration Source (notebook_dumps), not edited in MDX.

Purge Legacy Audits: The 2025 audits are now historical artifacts. Move them to an archive/ folder or keep them as “Project Memory.”
Fix the Source: Update the C24 and Dreamjob source JSONs (or the hydration script logic) to include the “Rich” titles and descriptions defined in the MACHINE_READABILITY_REPORT.
